Residents at Foxton Court care home in Morpeth got wrapped up warm for their scenic visit to the coast at Amble.
Their trip involved a gentle walk along the harbour, with some Residents reminiscing about what they used to do in Amble in their younger days, such as fishing trips and days out with their children.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed the trip to Amble. It brought back so many memories, and it was also great to get some sea air.”
Louise Dey, Deputy Manager at Foxton Court, said: “Our Residents really enjoy their trips out in our minibus. Although it was snowing, it didn’t put everyone off getting wrapped up and enjoying the visit.”
