Four HC-One Scotland care homes across Perthshire, Glasgow, Dundee, and Fife have achieved remarkable ten out of ten reviews by the UK’s leading care home review website.
The Carehome.co.uk website has 16,755 care homes and 15 million visits every year – mostly friends and families of residents in a care home or those looking for a care home – and holds over 300,000 care home reviews.
The teams at
Strathtay House in Perth;
Mugdock House in Bearsden, Glasgow;
Balcarres in Broughty Ferry, Dundee; and
Lomond Court in Glenrothes, Fife, were all delighted that the people they care for, their friends and relatives all recognised the effort that goes into providing residents with the kind care and quality of life they deserve.
The perfect ten carehome.co.uk review scores are based on the care home reviews (as of 20th March 2024) produced by residents, their friends and relatives. These reviews are verified and added to carehome.co.uk to enable others to make an informed choice on the right care home for themselves or a loved one.
Three of the four care homes (Strathtay House, Mugdock House and Lomond Court) also received a Carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Award this year for being amongst the most recommended care homes in Scotland.
Maxine Smedley, Managing Director of HC-One Scotland, stated:
“As a care home company whose mission is to become the first-choice care home in every community, we are immensely proud that four of our HC-One Scotland care homes have received a perfect review score from residents and relatives of 10 out of 10 on Carehome.co.uk, the leading review website for the care home sector.
“This is an incredible achievement, and my congratulations go to every colleague who has clearly made such a genuine difference to the lives of our residents.
“In addition, three HC-One Scotland care homes were named in the Carehome.co.uk Top 20 Awards 2024 which is a real testament to our caring colleagues who work tirelessly to provide the kindest possible care and a very good life to residents.”
