Two fluffy new Residents have moved to HC-One’s Fullarton care home in Irvine, Aryshire this week.
Rosie and Ruby, two English lop ear rabbits are the latest additions to Fullarton, the rabbits belong to the family of Home Manager, Graham Kelly, who felt that the Residents would enjoy having Rosie and Ruby at the home.
The two new additions are in keeping with the recently published guidelines from the Care Inspectorate, ‘Animal Magic’ which identifies the physical and mental benefits of being around and caring for animals.
Residents at Fullarton are already building a close bond to Rosy and Ruby, everyone is helping to feed the pair and some Residents like to sit and watch them in their pen.
