Residents at HC-One’s Richmond House care home enjoyed some flipping fun as they made pancakes in honour of Shrove Tuesday.
After lunch, the Residents enjoyed a dessert of pancakes as they chose from a variety of fillings to top theirs with, out of options such as chocolate, honet, sugar and lemon.
Residents then enjoyed participating in a pancake flipping competition, as they shared fond memories of the pancakes they would enjoy during their childhoods, with the toppings they would favour the most.
One Resident remarked: “I really enjoyed flipping the pancakes and having fun, it was such a great laugh.”
