Residents at Fleming Court care home in Jesmond were joined by family and friends as they celebrated the start of the New Year.
During the party, Residents sang and danced along to a number of celebratory songs, including a performance from local entertainers, Graham and Dawn from Musical Minds.
Everyone also enjoyed a buffet and champagne to celebrate the occasion.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed our party, the entertainment from Musical Minds was fantastic.”
Julie Baron, Home Manager at Fleming Court, said: “It was lovely to see the Residents and their families having such a wonderful time together at our party. It was the perfect way to end 2018.”
