Residents at HC-One’s Elmwood House care home in Boston have been keeping fit by taking part in the home’s fun filled Fitness Days.
On 14th April, Residents took walks around the grounds of Elmwood House followed by an afternoon of exercises and team building games. Some of the games Residents took part in were, hoop toss, balloon badminton and shooting hoops.
Residents also did some stretches, and the parachute game which tested their skills. It also built their teamwork however, as they had to communicate to keep the parachute buoyant.
Residents all had a great time and even had a couple of new Residents joined in, which was really good for their confidence.
