Fish and Chip trip at Clarendon
Hayley, Wellbeing Co-ordinator at Clarendon Hall Care Home decided that it would be nice to take a group of Residents out for the afternoon to have fish and chips at Papa’s restaurant at Cleethorpes.

Papa’s restaurant is on the pier and it has been restored to its former glory.

Papa’s used to be a dance hall many years ago and some of the Residents said that they remember going to the dance hall to watch all the big bands. Papa’s still have the large stage and a Grand Piano.

Waiters come up to the table to serve you and Papa’s even produce their own newspaper. All the Residents enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much and look forward to the next visit.

Home Manager, Nicola Walker commented:

"It is so lovely when we hear so many good comments from the Residents when they have been on an activity outing like this one."
