
Amerind Grove care home in Ashton, Bristol was delighted to have raised a fantastic £680 as Residents invited their loved ones to the home’s Christmas fayre.
The fayre saw guests enjoying a fun-filled afternoon of entertainment, complete with a raffle, a hoop the bottle game, a tombola and a Christmas stall.
Kitchen staff at Amerind Grove also cooked up some amazing seasonal snacks, including mince pies and turkey and stuffing hot rolls, which went down a treat.
The team at Amerind Grove was delighted to discover it had raised £680 for the Residents’ comfort fund, which will be used for activities and materials to enhance the wellbeing of those living in the home.
Along with a pantomime and Christmas sing-along, Residents at Amerind Grove were well and truly in the festive spirit!
One Resident commented: “I loved the Christmas fayre, there certainly was festive cheer all around.”
