Festvities were had at HC-One’s Kirkby House care home as Residents and Colleagues enjoyed a Christmas party alongside Relatives at the home.
Arts and crafts were enjoyed by all as Residents made their own festive creations, before enjoying music from a local choir and a visit from children from the local school.
For the party itself, the home welcomed a karaoke singer who had everyone up dancing and singing to their favourite festive songs, dressing up in their best Christmas attire with some Residents even opting to enjoy a small tipple of Sherry.
To end the party nicely, everyone indulged in a home made minced pie with cream, as they discussed the events of the day. Tracey Conlin, home manager, commented: “Everyone has had such a fantastic day, it’s always wonderful to see our Residents happy and enjoying themselves.”
