HC-One’s Thamesfield care home in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire opened its doors to the local community and hosted a Christmas Party.
Residents welcomed their loved ones and members of the local community to kick of the festive celebrations with a champagne reception, followed by a delicious buffet lunch and performance from Valley Road Primary School Choir. The home also hosted a raffle which raised over £200 which will be split between to worthwhile causes.
Everyone enjoyed sharing stories and laughter throughout the day. Residents commented that they had a wonderful day from start to finish, watching the children perform was a delight for all.

“Christmas is a time when people young and old should come together to celebrate the festive season. Everyone was in good spirits and enjoying what was on offer and we are delighted at the turnout.
“Thank you to everyone who attended, it really got us counting down the days to Christmas at Thamesfield.”
