Ladies at HC-One’s Greenways Court care home in Consett enjoyed getting in the festive spirit with a Christmas film afternoon on Monday 18th November.
Residents Jean Carr, Betty Rennoldson, Rose Thompson, Betty Welford, Ella Raper, Edna Blair and Elizabeth Emmerton came together to watch one of their favourite Christmas films, Elf, along with a shandy, or two.
The ladies watched the film, laughing and smiling throughout, afterwards, they shared their favourite parts of the film and memories of Christmas’ past.
One Resident commented: “It was wonderful to watch the Christmas film with these lovely ladies.”
