HC-One’s Sutherland Court Care Home in Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne, is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Sutherland Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents.
The inspectors were full of praise for Sutherland Court, where they witnessed positive relationships between the team and Residents and spoke of how staff treated everyone with ‘warmth, compassion and kindness’.
Sutherland Court’s Home Manager, Karen Stewart commented:
