Farewell Celebration for Home Manager Laura at Beaconsfield CourtBeaconsfield Court Care Home bid a heartfelt farewell to our beloved Home Manager, Laura Langridge, who is moving on after nine wonderful years at the helm. Laura has accepted an exciting new role within HC-One, and while we are sad to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder of her achievement.

To mark the occasion, the home was beautifully decorated, and a lively photo booth was set up for everyone to capture cherished memories. Residents, staff, family members, and friends gathered to celebrate Laura’s promotion and express their gratitude for her dedication over the years.

Adding to the joy of the day, residents' favourite entertainer, Alex, delivered a fantastic performance, filling the home with music and laughter. A delicious buffet was served, featuring an array of sweet treats and a fully stocked bar. A standout moment was the incredible Chocolate Orange cake, specially ordered by Janice, which was enjoyed by all.

During the event, Leanne delivered a touching speech, highlighting Laura’s unwavering commitment to the home and its residents. Grace, representing the residents, shared well wishes for Laura’s future and expressed hope that the new manager would be just as kind and dedicated.

Reflecting on the day, Laura shared: “It’s an emotional day for me, but I’m leaving Beaconsfield in a happy place.”

While Laura will be greatly missed, her legacy of care and compassion will undoubtedly remain a part of Beaconsfield Court. We wish her every success in her new role!
