HC-One’s Falstone Manor Care Home in Roker, Sunderland found themselves right on the doorstep of the Sunderland Air Show at the end of July.
Falstone Manor was located straight across the road from the Air Show, where Residents enjoyed a front row seat to the firework display that took place on the Friday night.
The Air Show brings people from all over, which creates a great atmosphere that the Residents all enjoy.
Resident Irene Scrafton had a great time walking around the show, looking at all of the exhibitions on display and speaking to and getting a photo with a couple of the pilots from the show.
