Residents at Kinnaird Manor care home in Camelon, Falkirk showed off their inner Mary Berry as they baked some delicious fairy cakes.
Myra took on the task of weighing out the flour and caster sugar, while Diana broke the eggs into a bowl and weighed the butter.
Jenny was responsible for mixing all the ingredients together and separating the mixture into cases, while Hester made the icing to go on top of the cakes, before decorating them with hundreds and thousands.
Everyone enjoyed a warm cup of tea and a catch up while waiting for the delicious sweet treats to bake.
The baking session was a fantastic success. Jenny said: “The cakes were marvellous” while Diana said: “I’d love to make these cakes again sometime.”
