For this years Valentines Day, Residents from HC-One’s Elstree Court care home cooking club baked biscuits for fellow Residents and members of the team.
After a little bit of help from the catering team at Elstree Court, who prepared all the ingredients, Residents then got involved and made red shortbread biscuits.
Entertainer Melinda James had a sing and a dance with the Residents whilst the biscuits were cooking and after, they all enjoyed their biscuits with a hot cup of tea.
One Resident, Gladys commented: “the biscuits were delicious and we really enjoyed making them.”
