Residents at
Windsor Court, residential, nursing and residential dementia care home in Goole, had lots of fun at their annual Easter party.
Residents, Relatives and Colleagues at the 67-bed care home spent their Easter Sunday celebrating with their annual Easter party.
Families came along to be with their loved ones and enjoy the fantastic party. Paul aka Elvis a regular entertainer came along to perform and he was a huge hit with everyone who attended the party.
Paul sang songs from Elvis himself along with other popular songs from the time, which Residents loved and were able to sing along to and some even had a boogie.
A good time was had by all, singing and dancing, even Colleagues got their dancing shoes and danced the afternoon away with the Residents.
Everyone enjoyed a shandy, provided by the Kitchen Team, along with some delicious snacks.
Sandra, a Relative of one of the Residents at Roseberry Court, remarked, “So happy mum gets to live somewhere with access to things she loves while still being safe!”
Julie Harrison, Care Home Manager, added, “Elvis was brilliant and he never fails to make a good party.”
