Murrayfield House care home in Edinburgh was delighted to raise a fantastic £176.90 for charity as Residents were joined by their loved ones for the home’s MacMillan Coffee Morning.
The delicious fundraiser was held in the home’s ballroom, where there was a selection of amazing homemade sweet treats to choose from.
Olivia, a pupil from the nearby St George’s School, kindly offered her time to entertain Residents by performing songs from The Sound of Music.
The fundraiser continued with a game of ‘Dunk the Biscuit in the Tea’, a raffle and the popular bake sale, which greatly contributed to the funds raised.
Residents loved taking part in the fundraising event, with one commenting: “It was a great morning. I thoroughly enjoyed it!”
