Residents and staff at HC One’s April Park care home spend time with each other playing games at 11am each day.
Across the home all of the staff on shift will make sure to take some quality time out of their day around 11am to spend it with the Residents.
This happens each day with different games and activities being carried out. Today everybody joined in with blowing bubbles and playing card games, there was also plenty of tasty snacks available too.
It’s a great way to get everybody in the home together, from management to kitchen staff to laundry staff and more. It’s fantastic to make everybody feel part of a community and have a laugh together.
One of the home’s Colleagues commented ‘What a team! It’s great to see everybody getting involved.’
