Colleagues and Residents at HC One’s April Park care home, honoured Remembrance Sunday today.
The wellbeing staff at the Eckington care home, have created a remembrance corner in the main reception to honour all the fallen soldiers.
The staff discussed what the Residents can remember about the war. The residents spent a morning discussing the fires, the bombings and how people cared for each, it was incredible to listen to.
The Residents then helped create poppies to make them into a waterfall. The poppies looked beautiful and it was a great way to display them all.
