Residents and Colleagues celebrated Burns Night a little early this year at HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home in Chelmsford.
Everyone enjoyed watching videos of the beautiful scenery of Scotland’s lochs and mountains while listening to traditional music and snacking on shortbread.
Some Residents even dressed up in tartan to look the part as they reminisced over visits they had taken to Scotland over the years.
One Resident commented: “It has been fun dressing up and I really like the shortbread. I enjoyed seeing Scotland on my holiday.”
Residents and Colleagues all enjoyed their early Burns Night celebrations and are looking forward to snacking on the rest of their shortbread on the real day.
