Durham Care Home Enjoys Success in CQC ReportHC-One’s Grampian Court Care Home in Durham is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

The team at Grampian Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that awarded the home ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents and is ‘Caring’, ‘Safe’, ‘Effective’, ‘Responsive’ and ‘Well-Led’.

The CQC’s report was full of praise, with Relatives speaking very positively about the care provided at the home. People's comments included “You wouldn't find a better home than this. All of the family are more than happy with the care here as the staff are fantastic", with another saying, “The staff are lovely with [my relative] and treat them like their own family.”

Staff at Grampian Court were also very pleased to chat to inspectors about their happiness at the home, with one colleague commenting "We are more than a team, we're like a big family. Everyone gets on well here", and anther stating, "I love it here, the residents are brilliant."
