Sarah Houtby, Administrator at Altham Court care home, kindly nominated Altham Court Care Home for the Dunelm Care Home Partnership on Facebook and was very surprised to receive a telephone call to say they had won.
Dunelm have kindly offered to help support Altham Court Care Home for a year, which is amazing news for everyone.
Altham Court are looking to transform the garden and dining room for Residents, and with the help of Dunelm, they are able make these areas much more enjoyable and brighter for everyone to appreciate.
Initially, Altham Court were offered anything in store up to the value of £50.00 and chose to have garden ornaments, planters, seeds and flowers.
Dunelm have offered to send their colleagues to Altham Court to help out in any way they can, whether it be to help out at our events, to decorate or spruce up the garden a little.
We are extremely excited and proud to have this partnership in place and to work closely with Dunelm in the near future.
Sarah Houtby commented, “It was a privilege to be part of this partnership”
Anna Livsey, Home Manager, said “Fantastic to have the support of a local community business helping to support our home”
