Dumbarton Care Home Enjoys Success in Care Inspectorate ReportHC-One’s Castle View Care Home in Dumbarton is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Inspectorate. 

The team at Castle View were delighted to have received an impressive Care Inspectorate report that rated the home as ‘Very Good’ in the two areas inspected, how well do we support people’s wellbeing? And how well is care and support planned?

During the inspection, Inspectors spoke to the Residents of Castle View as well as their Relatives who were full of praise about the home, including comments such as “the care is first class”, “my husband is treated like a member of the family” and “I am so pleased my wife is in this home”. 

Inspectors witnessed interactions between Residents and the team at Castle View and noted that they were of a quality and pace, which respected individual preferences and encouraged Residents to get the most out of life.

HC-One Castle View’s Home Manager, Margaret Wilson said:

“I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of this report and am so proud of my team at Castle View; the report is a credit to the kind and compassionate care that the team continue to carry out.”
