Josephine McDermott, Care Assistant at HC-One’s Castle View Care Home in Dumbarton has received a long service award for her 20 years of service at the home.
Josephine was one of the first members of staff to work for Castle View, when it opened its doors in August 1998. She is loved by everyone at the home with Residents commenting:
“She is so kind and patient.”
Everyone applauded an overwhelmed Josephine as the Residents and the care team at Castle View handed her the long service award.
Castle View’s Home Manager, Margaret Wilson commented:
“She deserves a medal, Jo works very quietly and is methodical in all that she does.”
