The Beeches care home received a lovely donation of 15 Easter eggs from their local Wilkinson’s store in Denton today.
Staff and Residents at the home were very grateful for this kind gesture from the staff at the store. The Dukinfield home have decided to share out the Easter eggs this Sunday to celebrate Easter.
At this hard time it is so nice to know that people in the community are thinking of the care homes and making sure that everyone is still able to celebrate these special occasions.
One of the Residents Audrey said “what a lovely thought, a big company thinking of us!” and another Resident Sally said “that’s nice of them to donate us all that chocolate.”
The gesture has really boosted the morale of the Colleagues at the home and of the Residents too.
Wellbeing coordinator Sade commented “What a lovely gesture from Wilkinson’s it was very much appreciated and it cheered everyone up at this difficult time. Thank-you so much to Wilkinson’s Denton.”
