Celebrations were in order at Victoria Park care home in Coventry as Resident Lilian celebrated her 102nd birthday.
To mark the special occasion, Lilian was thrown two birthday parties; one with her family and the other with staff and fellow Residents at the home.
The celebrations included a spectacular buffet, flowers, balloons and a homemade birthday cake, which was presented as everyone joined together to sing Happy Birthday.
One Resident commented: “We really enjoyed seeing Lilian’s face light up as we surprised her with her Birthday party.”
Patricia Alleyne, Home Manager at Victoria Park, said: “At HC-One, we make every effort to make each Residents’ birthdays special. Lilian really enjoyed her party and it was such a pleasure to be able to share the celebration with her.”
