Dingle Meadow care home take part in memory walkResidents and Colleagues at Dingle Meadow care home took part in an adapted version of the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk recently.

The home was decorated with balloons and banners, as staff dressed in blue and purple colours for the Alzheimers Society.

Colleagues then supported Residents to take a fun walk around the home. Music was played, with some using musical instruments, creating a great and exciting atmosphere.

Following the walk, Residents then enjoyed an afternoon tea party which included some beautifully home made cakes and warm refreshments.

Everyone had a wonderful day, laughter was shared by all. Emma Cuttress, Home Manager, commented: “A fabulous day has been enjoyed by all. Residents enjoyed themselves as they took part in an adapted walk around the home, and excitement was had around the entire home.”
