Margaret and Harvey Meekes celebrated 60 years of marriage together at HC-One’s Greengables care home in Congleton on Thursday 19th March.
Mr and Mrs Meekes kick started their celebrations by opening a very special card from The Queen along with cards and gifts from loved ones. Later in the day, high tea with prosecco was served and the happy couple were toasted by their fellow Residents and staff at Greengables.
Both Margaret and Harvey agreed that they had a wonderful day and thanked the team for helping them to celebrate their special day despite the current circumstances in the country.
