A group of four Residents from HC-One’s Grampian Court care home in Peterlee enjoyed a day trip to the coastal town of Tynemouth on Friday 28th February.
Accompanied by team members from Grampian Court, Bett, Monica, Maureen and David enjoyed a scenic drive up the coast to Tynemouth. The group enjoyed soaking up the fresh seaside air and headed to a fish restaurant with beautiful sea views for lunch.
Residents enjoyed a traditional seaside lunch of fish and chips and shared their favourite memories of holidays and trips to the beach with their loved ones.
Emma Hume, Home Manager at Grampian Court said: “I am pleased that everyone had a wonderful time at Tynemouth, the smiles on their faces when they returned said it all.”
