HC-One’s Priory Mews care home in Dartford received a special Christmas surprise when Santa visited to hand deliver hampers for every Resident.
Each hamper included a blanket, sweets, biscuits and a mug which were all put together and donated by a local church. All of the Residents commented that it was such a thoughtful gesture and they loved opening their hamper to see what was inside.
