Residents enjoyed a cup of tea and some chit-chat today with Colleagues at HC-One’s The Gables care home in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire.
For Wellbeing Coordinator Jane, assisting the home’s lovely Residents with their breakfast is a very special part of her day because it gives her the opportunity for some quality one-on-one chatter.
This morning she popped in and spent some time with Mrs Gloria Down where she had a wonderful time talking about Gloria’s pet cat, sharing photos that her husband had sent her.
The two enjoyed a catch up over a cup of tea as they watched the peaceful snowfall through the window.
The Gables Home Manager, Helen Walter, commented: “Quality time with a Resident is always good to see and hear about.”
