This week marked a significant milestone for all our Cumbria care homes as they officially transitioned to the Nourish digital care planning system. To celebrate the occasion, each home enjoyed a variety of delicious cakes, drinks, and other snacks, making the launch both memorable and enjoyable for residents and staff alike.
Cold Springs Park was treated to an array of amazing cakes from Cakes and Treats by Charlotte, which added a special touch to the celebrations. Meanwhile, Winters Park joined in the festivities with their own selection of cake and drinks, ensuring everyone had a sweet treat to mark the transition. Over at Summerhill, the team embraced a blue theme in honour of Nourish, with staff enjoying blue-coloured snacks and treats.
Sean Moore, Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, praised the dedication and hard work of all the homes involved in the transition. "All the homes have done amazing. Moving care plans to paperless has been a huge undertaking, but every home has done great and is now getting used to the new system."
The shift to Nourish marks a new era of efficiency and streamlined care planning across our Cumbria homes, ensuring the best possible support for residents while making documentation easier and more accessible for staff. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this transition a success!
