Croft Avenue Residents enjoy musical afternoonResidents at Croft Avenue care home in Penrith enjoyed an afternoon of musical activities at the home’s circle time.

Croft Avenue welcomed neighbour and former music teacher, Marilyn Keith, to the home for an afternoon of activities inspired by music.

While some Residents played music with a variety of different instruments, others enjoyed activities such as hand massages, dancing and dressing up with feather boas.

One Resident commented: “I really loved my hand massage, it was so relaxing.”

Jacqueline Johnstone, Home Manager at Croft Avenue, said: “Our Residents really enjoyed circle time, as there was a fantastic variety of activities on offer to suit everyone’s interests. We are already looking forward to welcoming Marilyn back to the home.”
