HC-One’s The Birches care home in Crieff, Perthshire is celebrating having received its second glowing report from the Care Inspectorate this year.
The Birches was inspected in March 2019 and again in October 2019, with both reports rating the home as ‘Very Good’ in ‘How well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘Good’ in ‘How well is our care and support planned?’, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents.
The inspectors have been full of praise for the team at The Birches, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home.
This sentiment was echoed with a host of comments noted in the report from Residents, Relatives and visitors, including “"Care home is great, home is clean and fresh and she has a lovely room” and "Staff are caring and attentive and I have every confidence in their ability."
Located on Comrie Road, The Birches offers short and long term care to members of the community needing residential and residential dementia care. The home also boasts a 9.7/10 average rating on carehome.co.uk, the sector’s leading care home comparison website.
