HC-One’s Cradlehall in Inverness is working in collaboration with local creative artist Cath Giles.
The Residents thoroughly enjoyed watching a film showing flowing water scenes from various rivers ranging from local rivers to a Peace River in Canada, shown by Cath.
She then engaged the Residents in gentle water movement exercises with relaxing music playing in the background. Later, Cath spent time talking to the Residents and worked with them to draw images from the film.
Everyone said what a relaxing afternoon they had, with the music and drawing creating a calm atmosphere.
