Residents at HC-One’s
Brandon House care home in Coventry celebrated National Pizza Day in the only way they could, by baking their own masterpieces.
On Monday 17th May Brandon House celebrated National Pizza Day with Residents and staff joining forces to make their very own pizza’s. The Residents started the day by mixing their doughs and letting them sit whilst they choose then base, toppings and what shape it would be.
Residents created a wide variety of pizzas, with some shaped as a love hearts, some square and with a some with drawings of smiley faces on top made out of toppings. Residents then baked their pizzas and when they were done, they enjoyed eating them for tea.
Brandon House lies in the attractive area of Bell Green, on the outskirts of Coventry. This friendly 35 bed care home offers nursing memory care, for those living with dementia.
