Victoria Park Care Home in Coventry celebrated Protima Das (Daz) incredible milestone of 25 years of dedicated service. Protima’s commitment to providing kind care and her unwavering support for residents and colleagues alike has made a lasting impact at the home.
Since joining Victoria Park Care Home in 1999, Protima has been a cornerstone of the team. With her nurturing spirit, professionalism, and tireless efforts, she has consistently provided outstanding care to the residents, earning the admiration and respect of all those she works with.
Protima, Kitchen Assistant at Victoria Park said:
“- I love spending my time with the residents, it has been amazing to work at Victoria Park for all of these years. I feel that working here is being part of a family, the residents are at the forefront of our minds, and we try to ensure that they receive the best care possible, the same as how we would care for our own families.”
The management team at Victoria Park Care Home expressed their heartfelt gratitude for Protima’s long-standing commitment.

To mark this momentous occasion, a celebration was held at Victoria Park Care Home, where staff, residents, came together to honour Protima. The event featured heartfelt speeches, a delicious cake and gifts to thank her for her exceptional service.
Mary Worwood Age 68, resident at Victoria Park said:
“ She is absolutely amazing, always up for a laugh and makes me something different if I don't like what is on the menu. Love her.”
