HC-One’s Lothian House care home in Spennymoor received recognition for providing outstanding care by Residents family.
Jeff Kilkenny and his wife Sasha Kilkenny were so impressed with the level of care and support that Jeff’s mother Joyce has received at Lothian House that they decided to something exceptionally kind for the staff at the home.
Jeff and Sasha visited the home and presented all the staff with four beautiful floral bouquets as a token of appreciation for all of the kindness and compassion shown to Joyce. Each bouquet had a card which stated one thing they were grateful for, the kind gesture meant a lot to the team at Lothian House.
While the couple visited they also completed a review card which will go towards maintaining the 9.7/10 average rating on the sector’s leading care home comparison website, carehome.co.uk.
