Residents at HC-One’s Coppice Court care home regularly enjoy a visit from pet therapy dog, Tess and her owner, and were delighted to welcome her back to the home recently.
On arrival, Tess was taken around rooms to visit Residents, which was particularly special for those Residents who love to see animals, but were unable to leave their rooms.
Residents enjoyed chatting to Tess’ owner, Gilly, as they asked questions about how Tess has been doing, eager to give Tess a stroke and offer her one of her treats.
Juliet Wills, home manager, commented: “Everyone commented on how lovely Tess is, we enjoy having her visit the home and look forward to her next visit.”
