HC-One’s Greengables care home Residents were delighted to welcome Zoolab into the home, as they brought along a variety of exotic furry friends for Residents to meet.
Residents, Relatives and Colleagues enjoyed listening to the facts and information about each animal, as well as holding and petting each one, with some overcoming fears of reptiles.
One Resident remarked at how they weren’t expecting the snake to feel as soft as it did.
Everyone enjoyed watching the animals as they moved around, with some Residents speaking about the difference between the different species.
Anne Winstanley, home manager, commented: “The visit from Zoolab was wonderful, Residents really enjoyed learning more about the animals.”
