Residents at a HC-One care home took full advantage of the long summer by hosting an action packed garden party for the Lincoln community.
Friends and family descended on White Gables for the seasonal celebration, taking part in a wonderful dog show, games, stalls and more whilst enjoying tempting refreshments to keep cool in the heat.
Kate Mitchell, Home Manager at HC-One’s White Gables commented:
“A cracking good day for all the Residents and their families and a pawtastic day for all the lovely dogs in our dog show!”
One family member commented:
“Thank you for making the day so special for everyone. We had a wonderful time!”
The home also managed to raise a whopping £408.40 which will go towards the Residents comfort fund.
White Gables is located in Lincoln Road and offers short and long term care to elderly members of the community needing Residential or nursing Dementia care.
