Residents from all floors, family members, friends old and new and members from the local community joined HC-One’s Roseberry Court Care Home in Redcar for their monthly coffee meeting this morning.
Everyone enjoyed homemade cakes, a chat and refreshments together. Past Resident’s family members also called in, which was the highlight of the day as everyone loves catching up with them and hearing all about their daily lives.
The event always puts a big smile on the Residents faces and always enjoy tucking into the homemade cakes on offer.
Keith Dobson, husband of Dorothy who was once a Resident, commented:
“I love to call in each month for a catch up and the cakes are great too. I feel pampered!”
Peggy Cheung commented:
“I wouldn’t miss our coffee mornings for the world!”
Roseberry Court’s Home Manager, Alison Corner commented:
“We love nothing better than catching up with old friends and Residents. you can’t beat homemade cake and a catch up!”
