HC-One’s Beeches care home in Dukinfield welcomed local entertainers Glenn’s Girls on Tuesday 1st May for an afternoon of fun-filled entertainment.
Residents, visitors and staff came together to watch an amazing performance from local entertainers, Glenn’s Girls.
The 60s themed afternoon was in full swing with members of staff taking part in a few dance routines which put smiles on all the Resident’s faces. A Resident’s son even decided to join in the fun, he dressed up as a lovely lady and joined the Glenn’s Girls on the dance floor.
After the main performance the ladies from Glenn’s Girls sang a special song for Roy’s birthday and presented him with a lovely birthday card. Roy, who is a Resident at Beeches was touched by their kind gesture and thanked them for their fantastic performance.
The afternoon was finished off with a few glasses of wine and delicious jam scones, everyone commented about what a great day they had.
