Clarendon Hall Hosts Four Fantastic Festive Events For ResidentsThe Residents of Clarendon Hall have had a very busy December full of lots of events and entertainment.

On 8th December the Residents visited Brigg Gardens Centre where they admired the Christmas decorations, bought gifts for their loved ones, sang along with Billy Bears Polar Ice Band and enjoyed a nice cup of tea with a slice of cake. A great time was had by all.

Clarendon Hall’s Annual Christmas Fayre was hosted on the 9th December with special guests including Santa, Harborough Lights and the Mountain Dogs. Residents, family, friends and staff enjoyed a host of activities and entertainment, which raised a record grand total of £730.30!

The Salvation Army Trimble’s visited Clarendon Hall on the 13th December. The visit coincided with one of the Resident’s 85th Birthday, her family came along to join in the fun and make it an extra special afternoon. Another Resident used to be a Trimble so she enjoyed joining in and reminiscing about old times.

On the 14th December the Residents made some festive flower arrangements at their Enliven Gardening Club, they were used to decorate the main lounge to ensure that Residents and visitors could admire their lovely arrangements.

All of these wonderful events were organised by Clarendon Hall’s Wellbeing Coach, Hayley Sandison. Hayley has worked especially hard to get the Residents in the festive spirit with lots of entertainment and merriment.
