Residents and Relatives at HC-One’s Grosvenor Park care home enjoyed an afternoon of circus excitement recently.
The lounge was decorated with multi-coloured bunting and a variety of props and decorations to set the scene, whilst Residents and Colleagues dressed up for the part. Candy floss and popcorn were served for everyone to enjoy, before everyone took part in a circus themed word search and quiz.
Everyone enjoyed the quiz and sat together to enjoy a warm drink and slice of cake as they got competitive with one another over who would win the quiz.
Jackie O’Callaghan, Home Manager, commented: “Today has been wonderful for the Residents, they’ve enjoyed the circus theme and we can’t wait to hold another themed afternoon soon.”
