At Caerphilly residential care and residential memory care home,
Church View, one Resident has just turned 101 and everyone joined in to celebrate.
Ella Wilder, who was known as ‘Queen Ella’ for the day, was spoilt by all on her second year at being a centenarian.
There were visits from loved ones, phone calls, balloons, and of course a birthday cake.
Ella is known to fill the corridors of Church View with her whistling tunes all day and today was no different! It really brings a smile on everyone’s faces.
Marie Mills, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “It was obvious Ella had a wonderful day and it was an honour to celebrate with her. Happy Birthday Ella!”
