Four Residents at HC-One’s Manor House care home in Upwood visited Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough for a day of Christmas shopping.
Accompanied by four members of the care team, the Residents browsed the shops and Christmas market stalls, sampling festive treats along the way. One Resident, Carol German wished to visit the giant Christmas tree in the centre of town.
Everyone worked up an appetite finding the perfect gifts for their loved ones, so the group stopped for a lovely fish and chip lunch before heading back to Manor House.
A great day was had by all, with Residents commenting that it was lovely to see all of the beautiful Christmas decorations, it has helped us all get in the festive spirit.
