A lovely Christmas party was held on the 16th of December at
Augustus Court care home in Leeds for all of the Residents to enjoy.
On the day it was decided that two parties would go ahead. The party on the morning was held on the top floor and on the afternoon another party was held on the ground floor.
The tables were beautifully set in the hub area, there was singing entertainment, and the kitchen team provided delicious party food and lots of drinks!
Family and friends where all invited along to the parties to spend time getting into the Christmas spirit.
Lots of the Residents has a sing along and some even got up for a dance. There a raffle which went very well, with a lot of happy winners.
The Colleagues saved the best till last and there was a surprise visit from Santa who gave out presents to all the Residents.
The Residents really enjoyed the party, the especially loved all the food and drinks and the surprise visit from Santa Clause.
Julia Davison, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It was lovely seeing all Residents and their families together at this time of year. Everyone really enjoyed the Christmas parties and bring on the big day!”
