Colleagues and Residents have been overwhelmed by the kindness from a little boy from the local area who sold his toys on Facebook to raise money to buy each Resident at
Fir Trees residential and residential memory care home, on Tameside, a gift for Christmas.
Bobby Parker arrived at the care home on 20th December with his mum Steph, to give his gifts to Residents which they will open on Christmas day; and they are very much looking forward to it.
Nicole Gunning, Care Home Manager, commented, “This was such an emotional moment. I was in awe of a lovely little boy who is thinking of others.”
